Tartan Hills Village is a sub-association of the large Braemar subdivision. Tartan Hills is also further divided into east and west. Despite being part of Braemar, Tartan Hills does have less influence in the politics of Braemar since it’s much smaller than the other sub-associations. There is the advantage of lower HOA fees with access to the same facilities as the other sub-associations. These facilities, and amenities, include 2 pools, a community center, basketball and tennis courts as well as trash service and snow plowing.
