New Bristow Village is pretty much what the name implies – a relatively newer subdivision. What this means is that your chances of finding a home that’s five years or younger is relatively high, at least as of the original date of this post in October 2010. This subdivision is located conveniently off of Nokesville Rd/Rt. 28 and is a straight-shot to Rt. 234. Nearby grocery stores include Harris Teeter and Safeway and there are also several pockets of shopping centers close by that include a Super Target, PetSmart, and TJMaxx. Nearby restaurants include Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Red Robin, Salsarita’s, World of Wings, Chuck Wagon, Chik-fil-a, and Tony’s Pizza. Currently, New Bristow Village is surrounded by more green space than other local subdivisions like Braemar and Saybrooke but there is plenty of room for shopping centers to be built so expect to see lots of development coming soon!
New Bristow Village includes 571 homes and the home owner’s association’s amenities include a community center with game room, exercise facility, swimming pool, tennis courts, and basketball courts as well as tot lots sprinkled throughout the community.

Detached homes are listed and sold between $360,000 – $475,000 with the majority of them averaging right around $400,000.
Townhouses are listed and sold between $239,000 – $300,000 with many of the houses averaging around $270,000.
