Oakenshaw is an older subdivision in Manassas right off of Liberia Ave on Signal Hill Rd. This subdivision is also smaller than many of the new subdivisions and only contains detached homes. It also does not have a home owner’s association which means no dues but also no real amenities.
One plus with this community is that at one end is the city park known as Oakenshaw Park. It contains lots of green space, basketball courts, a playground, and a baseball field.

Detached homes are selling and listed between $220,000 and $390,000 with the majority of them ranging around $275,000 and $340,000. These homes are in their early to mid 20′s in terms of age. In terms of livable square footage, they are between 2100 – 2900 square feet. Most of the homes have 4 bedrooms and at least 3 bathrooms but as with all communities some houses may have more or less bedrooms/bathrooms.
If you’re looking for townhouses in this area, the very small subdivision nearby is Tudor Oaks and consistently has townhouses available for rent or for sale. Tudor Oaks is on the other side of Signal Hill Rd – further north on the map.
