Montclair is an established subdivision located in Dumfries just outside of Dale City. Bordering major roads include rt. 234/Dumfries Rd, Spriggs Rd, Cardinal Dr, and Waterway Dr. With over 3,800 homes it is one of the largest subdivisions in the Woodbridge/Dumfries area and is composed of several smaller sub-communities including Alexander Square, North Side, Nob Hill Forest, Southlake Cove Townhomes, Islands, Southlake Landing Townhomes, Southlake Recreation, and Waters Edge.
Being well established, Montclair boasts a wide variety of amenities including mature landscaping, tennis courts, soccer fields, baseball diamonds, tot lots, and two swimming pools. Many homes in Montclair back to the Montclair golf course presented by the Montclair Country Club. Perhaps one of the biggest aesthetic draws to Montclair is the 108 acre lake surrounded by mature trees and pathways for strolling.

Potomac Mills, located in Woodbridge, is the local shopping mall while a plethora of shopping centers pepper the entire community offering a variety of grocery stores, specialty stores, and restaurants. Some of our favorite restaurants in the area include Ariana Afghanistan Restaurant, Buffalo Wild Wings, Brixx Wood Fired Pizza, and Jangko Sushi.
Association dues cover the basics including: landscaping in common areas, trash, snow services, and maintenance. Montclair has a local association known as the Montclair Property Owners Association and is also professionally managed by Armstrong Management.
